The Law of Attraction

Ever heard how the Law of Attraction can positively impact your daily life? I would highly recommend you watch “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne.

The Secret explains, with simplicity, “the law that is governing all lives, and offers the knowledge of how to create-intentionally and effortlessly-a joyful life”.

This movie has changed my life and my families lives. I remember how I use to speak of how I was always sick, broke, and unhappy.  Who would have known that we attract what we think? I sure was. I was always sick, broke, and unhappy. This is just a state of mind which controls your vibrations to the universe. Seems crazy. But it’s true.  It took me awhile to change my thought patterns, but eventually I became healthier, and happier. We started attracting opportunities into our lives. I had to make changes with my daily habits. I had to change the way I thought.

Some believe it is God, some believe that it is science, others just believe that there is a power that is unexplainable. If you start diving into the Laws of the Universe, you will find yourself pulled in so many different directions. I started reading the bible differently, studying quantum physics, and learning from mystics that have known the truth all along. When you think about faith, most people are held back by the limitations of their thoughts and actions. These are paradigms.

Our bodies produce 11 million kilowatts hours per pound. For an average person weighing about 175 pounds, will produce 2 billion kilowatts hours of power. That is enough to power a small city. Electricity creates a magnetic field which is made up of positive and negative electrons. I am not a scientist, but I know how a magnet works.

Our emotions and our thoughts change our energy levels. When you are happy you feel good and energetic, more alive.  Our thoughts and fears are controlled by our subconscious brain, which has been programed from the beginning of time to keep us safe. It does not like change, it never sleeps and does not know the difference between a lie and the truth. That is why it is so difficult to break bad habits. You can blame your subconscious brain for that.  No wonder it is so difficult to go on a DIET!

Therefore, some athletes, actors, and entrepreneurs stand out from the rest. They are breaking the mold of mediocracy, breaking records and reaching goals that seam unattainable. They have learned how to think differently and use the laws of the universe to their advantage.

These practices are believed to attract your desired outcome. Whether it is health, wealth, or happiness. The Law of attraction is one the biggest mysteries in life which has quantum physicists researching around the clock. There aren’t very many people that are aware of the Laws of Attraction. But study those that stand out from the rest and you will be amazed on what you find. You might recognize some well-known celebrities that claim the law of attraction helped them reach their stardom, such as Will Smith, Jim Carrey, Arnold Swartzenegger, and Oprah Winfrey.

Change Your Thoughts About Yourself

The Law of Attraction only works if you believe. Adopted beliefs and behaviors are being held back by paradigms of your mind. Discover effective ways to introduce into your daily activities.

  • Applying Positive Language

Start by making a list of positive affirmations. Affirmations are encouraging words, or phrases, that uplift your emotional state of mind. Your subconscious mind is paying attention and will try to stop you. Remember, it does not like change. By taking action, and repeating affirmations, you are changing your habits and your paradigms. Just like a computer, you are rebooting and getting rid of all the old programs with updated ones. Listen or read positive books by authors such as Bob Proctor, John Assaraf, and Jack Canfield. STOP WATCHING the NEWS! At least until you get yourself back on track.

  • Creative Visualization

Arnold Swartzenegger, Jim Carry, and golf legend Jack Nicklaus use creative visualization to achieve the unachievable. Your mind will only allow your body to do what it believes. You change your thought patterns and you will change your outcome. The best way to do this is to get into a sleepy meditative state and visualize yourself reaching your desired goal. Use your facilities such as seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and touching to add reality to your vision. If you desire a promotion, then visualize yourself shaking your bosses hand and hear him say congratulations. Feel the hand touch yours, and hear his voice. Bring emotions into this process.

  • Dream Board

Make yourself a collage of pictures glued together on a board of your desires and dreams in life. This will be your vision board. If your dream is to travel, then cut out pictures from a magazine of places you would like to travel to. The more pictures you have throughout the house the better. This helps in the process of changing your thought patterns.

  • Goals

What actions are you going to take to achieve your new goals. Action creates results. Most people have goals in life, but fail to do anything about them. Goals aren’t just meant for athletes, they are meant for people with ambitions and dreams in life. Start setting goals in your life now. We were all destined for greatness. We just haven’t had anybody tell us.
